The scope of this chapter would be describing bacterial sexually transmitted diseases that are interest in pediatric population such as gonorrhea and syphilis. Currently, has been reported an increased incidence mostly adolescents different regions around the world Australia United States. These sometimes considered anecdotal always difficult to manage because they taboos; diagnosis treatment challenging interaction with child his/her parents. Other chlamydia also taking a great importance populations from 10 24 years old due high transmission, incidence, complications infertility, almost 80% or infections asymptomatic women being one leading causes infertility could permanent.
